Gold in the Agave: Cucumber and Lime Mezcalita with a Golden Touch
A refreshing and subtle mezcalita recipe, with cucumber and lime to bring out the flavor of the mezcal. Gold flakes add a luxurious detail that makes this drink perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz of mezcal with gold flakes Entre Lunas
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz cucumber juice (cucumber, blended and strained)
- 0.5 oz agave syrup
- Gold flakes for decoration
- Ice
Preparation:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine mezcal, lime juice, cucumber juice and agave syrup.
- Shake with ice and strain into a glass with ice.
- Garnish with thin cucumber slices.
