Sweet Sin: Mango, Chili and Gold Mezcalita
This recipe mixes the sweetness of mango with the spiciness of chile and the elegant touch of gold. It is a perfect blend of sweet, spicy and the smoky flavor of mezcal.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz of mezcal with gold flakes Entre Lunas
- 1 oz fresh mango juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz agave syrup
- Chili powder for the rim of the glass
- Gold flakes for decoration
- Ice
Preparation:
- Rim the glass with chili powder.
- In a cocktail shaker, mix mezcal, mango juice, lime juice and agave syrup.
- Shake well with ice and strain into the glass with ice.
- Garnish with mango slices and some gold flakes.
